I have had the pleasure of dealing with Krisztina for two realty transactions. Both times, she was knowledgeable, responsive, patient and completely committed. In a recent transaction, which took longer than expected, she patiently navigated through the process, was reassuring during a very stressful time, and also arranged excellent financing. I first had the pleasure of working with Krisztina when on the hunt for a rental property in downtown Toronto. The timeframe for finding a rental unit was short, and Krisztina acted accordingly: she was very attentive, conscious of my expectations, and patient. I was so pleased with Krisztina during this transaction that I contacted her a year later for her assistance in the purchase of my first home. Krisztina took care of the realty and financing aspects of the deal. The timeframe for this transaction was similarly short, and was also complicated by a very difficult realtor who acted for the seller. Krisztina handled the transaction with poise, always taking my needs into consideration. Being a first-time homebuyer, she dealt with my stress and anxiety in a calm and professional manner, and, in the end, helped the purchase go through very smoothly. I would recommend her services both as a realtor or mortgage broker to anyone without hesitation.
